Miss Carol is such a welcoming and warm hearted individual. If you want someone with over 40 years of experience, a penchant for the 80's style of hair, and/or the forethought and knowledge of working with creativity and pride. This is your lady. My mother in law went in for her first ever perm, and the results were splendid. Not only that, but she was amicable and explained what was happening to both her and my wife, as well as share some of her story with me.
