Yesterday’s massage at Little Massage was very disappointing. They assigned me an elderly lady who was polite, but the massage was not relaxing at all. She only applied excessive pressure, and I ended up with back pain instead of relief.
I got a massage here last year and the lady kept asking me to do random translation from English to Chinese for other customers on the phone and in the studio, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TREATMENT. It was so unprofessional. She also added in services without telling me how much extra they were going to cost. I ended up spending double what I planned and being a free translator at that.Go to literally any other place in Glen Waverley.
