RecommendedFriendly park, everyone is super friendly and the Management is great. Park is clean and there's always something going on, sat breakfast is fantastic and cheap. Even the park peacocks are nice lol
Te new management has cleaned out some people who were younger than 55. they have removed some of the unfit mobile homes and they have done a lot of work cleaning up the homes that were salvable. They have remodled the rec hall including a new roof and paint. Along with other thing and more to come.
have lived here for going on 10 years, we have never had as many improvements done in the community as have been done in the last few months by the new owners . before it just kept getting worse . Lindsay the new park manager has done a great job bringing the park back from it's downhill spiral. I am very pleased with the progress . they r now working on the seawall & will be starting the repair of all docks. they have trimmed up all the trees , shrubs , they have removed most of the bad trailers , fixed up the other trailer... read more
Great management with (Lindsay d'Arcy). She was so helpful with getting us in our new home here. This place is beautiful on the little manatee river with great fishing. This is A great neighborhood with lots of great people. Lots of activities & get togethers. Highly recommended place to live.
Great place to live! Close to Tampa Bay for fishing, 1000 yards.
