I have been taking my cars to Little Man Auto for at least 10 years and I have never had a problem. All the work is done in a timely matter an the work is always excellent. I would not let anyone but Brett an his crew work on any of my vehicles

Took my car in for service, Brett and the boys were professional and courteous. my car was returned in a short while, the work was done correctly and my vehicle ran like a champ, I'm very satisfied with my visit, it was top notch and everyone took care of me and my vehicle, I will definitely go back and I do recommend you send your business Brett's way. We LOVE working with Brett and his crew at little man auto. I think any extra time some customers have experienced is due to how he has to go purchase parts that aren't on hand. He's not an auto sales store, so he often runs to the store to get parts. He has always clearly communicated, quickly cared for our car, and been kind to our whole family. He's quiet. He's kind, and his business has served us well for 3+ years. Thank you, BRETT and crew!

Will not be going back! Over charged on work from estimate given, Not all work complete. No communication as requested. Very unsatisfied! Brett was very rude in handling the situation & slammed the money on counter, Poor communication. Asked to have my car there at 8 am...my car was still sitting outside in the same spot at 1 pm when i drove by. Then they state "unexpected problem" & needed car another day...customer in office with same complaints at time of pick up...Seems like standard practice at this place.

I have taken all 3 of my cars to LittleMan Auto for years and have always been satisfied. They clearly tell you ahead of time: what is wrong, what needs to be done and how much it is going to cost. The price has always been fair and the quality of the work great. I am thankful to have such such a place to take my vehicles and highly recommend them.

Brett's work is shabby and our truck never ran right and he was never able to fix it. We aren't even sure is he really fixed or replaced what he said he did. He won't return our phone calls and won't provide us with our warranty paperwork and information. I thought he was our friend and I thought we had a good business relationship established, but I was proven otherwise. His employees actually zip tied our spark plug wires together and our transmission hose wasn't even properly hooked on. The hose blew off and it was a huge... read more
