Do not use this man ifor residential work! He has so many excuses not to finish what he starts. Does not have the right hoses to connect garbage disposal to DW. He has them at home in his garage. I have waited since 2023 in April. Comes back this passed Saturday 7/16 to redo tile n " forgets the cutting machine". Another excuse. He says he fired his team they are no shows I said so are you! then he hurt his back I gave him names of spine doctors do not go to drs does not have the money . Richard takes care of all our roofs. He is the best around. Honesty and will actually tell you if you need a new roof or not. ?He does what is best for the client, and not necessarily what is best for him. :)
The owner Richard promised to install the iron fence in a matter of two weeks. The crew got started, demolishing the existing wood fence, but then didn't show up to work for several weeks. After calling them, I learned that the owner's father was ailing in Mexico, and out of sympathy, I agreed to continue to wait for the completion of the fence. After several week, with a back yard full of debris, I insisted that they remove it. They removed all materials and never came back. I ended up with $2,100 less, and no fence. It the... read more
Richard did an excellent job for us with multiple projects over a period of months. The replace a leaking old patio roof with a newer look and feel, took down our old chimney as we converted to gas logs, install skylights, and built a wood fence around our business. Great pricing and he made sure we were pleased with all of the projects.
