This is a pretty terrible company in my one experience trying to get equipment from them. I made a reservation on their website for a weekend drop-off of a car seat at my brother's house when I was visiting from out of town. The website accepted the reservation with no warnings, sent me a confirmation email, and made a placeholder/pending transaction on my card for the total. Sounds easy and all set, right? Not at all.
