Poor quality of work.
We live in an HOA community where the landscape company "tried" to make our front yard better last year. We wasted our money watering and watering after their failed attempt. This year, we hired Louis Chadwell to properly prepare and sod our front yard. In addition, we had the driveway and sidewalk lined with 16x16 pavers, as well as a pad laid for our trashcans.
