Had an appointment at 10am. It opens right at 10 so we were waiting outside for someone. No one showed up at all to open the salon. The people in the salon next door says this happens all the time! Very unprofessional and rude!

Just confirming what other reviews have said. We showed up for our appt, salon is dark and closed. A minute later, I get a text saying they canceled and I need to reschedule. I went next door as a walk-in, the owner said this happens very frequently.

Erica was amazing with my 3 year old son. I booked the 30 minute sensory appointment since he usually fights and cries for haircuts. He walked in and went right up to his car and sat there playing for the appointment which took 5 minutes tops. Not only was the experience amazing but she gave an amazing haircut!

Drove a half hour to get there today (Saturday morning) and the salon was closed. Received a text reminder for my appt yesterday. Weather is fine, there is no excuse to not inform scheduled appointments you're not opening. I made this appt weeks ago. As stated in other reviews, salon next door said this is typical.
