Took my two daughters 3 year old and 8 year old. They were very understanding with my 3 year old. She gets very scared with new people. At the end of the appt she didn't want to leave. 8 year old loved the whole experience.
The team is amazing and so patient with my little ones. The care is excellent and they really take the time to answer questions. We’ve been coming here for over three years now and don’t plan on leaving!
My toddlers Maison and Vig have been going here for several years now and have had no issues at little koala! The staff is very nice and patient. My kids have no fear walking right into the lobby and no fear sitting in the dental seat. The experience is enjoyable for all which is why we continue to stay with them considering we live over 20 miles away
Terrible experience. I have insurance for 7 years and never have this happened to me. They collected our insurance info before the visit and told me that my son was covered. Guess what, after the visit, they told me that it was not the case and I need to pay the full visit. They don't admit it is their fault at all. Don't recommend.
Stella G. is 5 years old has been going here for around 2 years now and she loves it. She didnt get scared at all because the doctor is so nice and always get a goodie bag after the treatment is done. Would recommend coming here.
