Unfortunately we have had to use little knock 3 times for small no fault incidents for my daughters vehicle. The incidents were the unfortunate parts. Dealing with Scott and Sarah has been a fantastic experience. The results have also been amazing. I would wholeheartedly recommend this business to anyone needing repairs. The experience starting at the quote until to conclusion has been professional with ongoing communication and timely outcomes.
