Very happy to give a 5 star review for Little Knocks. Took my vehicle in for a repair and when it came time to pay I was told the quote had been reduced significantly. There wasn't as much work as initially thought. As I had accepted the quote, he could have charged me the initial amount. He was honest about it. Said that's not the way he works. That doesn't happen very often when a female takes her vehicle in. So a very good experience, great customer service and to top it off, the car had been cleaned!
I can highly recommend the Little Knocks team. I've used them before for some minor repairs on my BMW i8 a couple years ago. The service was great, the price was very fair, and the repairs have stood the test of time. Recently our BMW X7 got hit on the front with some plasterboard leaving scratches in the bumper. I took it in for a quote and they buff 90% off the scratches out right there on the spot. They also provided good quotes to do a full repair if I want to go that route. 10/10 service. I booked online to get a quote for some minor scratches I had on my car. When I visited Scott came out and fixed them on the spot! Can’t recommend Little Knocks enough, they’re genuine, experts and will not muck you around.
Would highly recommend the guys and girls at Little Knocks to anyone in need of repairs. Got a few other quotes beforehand and Scott was the first person to give me actual helpful suggestions and substitutions so that the repair would still fit in my budget. Everyone in the office was super helpful as well, always keeping me up to date and helping me deal with some pesky insurance companies.
