This customer took the stones and disappeared without making any payment. No response at all. Very bad and unreliable customer. Completely irresponsible behavior. Not picking calls, not replying anywhere. Very poor and dishonest conduct. Worst kind of customer to deal with. Totally untrustworthy.

My wife got me this ring for our June 2022 wedding. Within 2 months, the stones and the metal setting fell out. Luckily, I heard it fall and was able to recover the setting with the stones. We contacted the company and they told us they’d replace it… but she had to pay for the engraving and shipping for the replacement ring. Super cute cafe with store in the back. Proprietor (?) recommended a sunscreen to me, not much reaction when I tried it because I was rushing to pick up any old sunscreen but I've been amazed since. Really wonderful shop, look forward to coming back. The proprietor was super kind, patient and empathetic. They really put me at ease
