Scott and the crew are great. Good attention to detail w both general cleaning and carpet cleaning. Have used their services several times and no concerns. Highly recommend.
Got my carpets cleaned today. What a pleasant experience. Great job, very efficient, very accommodating and very clean! This is my 2nd time with Little John's and it won't be the last. Highly recommend their services.
I had my carpets cleaned on Monday. This was a great experience. Carpets look great. The professionalism of the owner was outstanding. I will have him back soon.
Worst service ever. After providing a quote of $200 for 1 room and 6 stairs, I declined service. Scott then offered a discount of $100. However, only after the service was completed and I stressed my concerns I told that the discount did not include everything from the initial quote such as spot treatment. My stairs looked as though they had never been touch. I stressed my concerns and Scott offered to re-clean them but for an additional price of $50. Scott took advantage of me. I would never recommend him.
Great company, was understanding, and professional. Love my carpets afterwords. Will be a returning customer.
