Excellent technical assistance service for repair shops!
After blowing us off 3 times they eventually just cancelled all together. That set the customer back over 2 weeks. No phone call when cancelling, nothing, very unprofessional.
Great Tech . Known and worked with John for many years best Tech I have ever met. Service is his main concern, only professional shops and Body Shops not back yard mechanics .

I never met someone so rude and ignorant. He may be knowledgeable about his business but he is lacking people skills. He talked to me Like I was stupid and he was all knowing. There are plenty of mechanics around that are less expensive and definitely much friendlier. I like to shop local businesses so I'm sure I won't have any trouble finding someone else. And he wasn't able to fix the problem and sent me to the dealer. The five star review is his girlfriend who didn't have much to say I guess.
