Joe is unprofessional, quick to anger, and his wife is just as bad. I am a wedding planner and I booked Joe in 2020 for a wedding in 2021. My clients paid the full amount to secure him. My clients (due to a COVID-19 pandemic) had to change their wedding date and location. I attempted to reach out to Joe several times via email to update him on the changes to make sure he was still available.
