No sales people when I went, the owner was there to guide - genuinely a kind and pleasant man, he had an amazing sale going (mid-week madness) and I walked out in half an hour with the best quality mattress available. I don't like spending money, honestly walked away super happy with the price and service, was not intending to get top quality mattress, and would not have been able to afford a mattress like this elsewhere (foam/spring hybrid w/ pocket springs).
