Many thanks to Chris in service for a fast & efficient service experience! Another dealership had my new truck for 8 days, and the check engine light came back on before I even got the truck home. Had it towed to Little Jess, and the minor issue was diagnosed and fixed in under 2 days! Chris was very communicative, responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful! Great experience!
Will not go back here,told them I would pay cash and they took cash for down payment then next day said they couldn't except anything over 10,000 in cash said I would have to pay with cashier check or money order and would not pay the difference in having to pay for the, check or money order,their lost looked for truck, but not there,also had to take car back in the first week because a light came on and it cost another 134 dollars to get it fixed and didn't even have it a week beginning to think I might bought a lemon from ... read more

Don’t just don’t! Unless you want horrible service and rude parts department. They won’t even give a loaner to stay local. I will be sitting here waiting for hours for service . I had an appointment drove an hour and a half! Don’t expect them to accommodate you or respect your time!!! Also this is just diagnostic, so sadly I have to come back🤬I purchased my Jeep here 3 years ago, this is my second time in for service……..
It's one thing to be inept, but they are also rude and inept. Took my truck to my regular mechanic and they told me it needed the fuel tank fill tube. My mechanic found a Service Bulletin and suggested it might be cheaper/free to take my truck to Little Jess (in case the issue could be covered under a recall or the Service Bulletin). Little Jess ran a diagnostic check and stated that my mechanic's diagnosis was wrong, and then charged me $159 to tell me so.
