If you read the other 1 & 2 star reviews, it speaks volumes. This Service Dept lies, doesn’t know how to communicate, doesn’t care about your time, and likes to talk over you. Money for a draw test he said takes 2 hours (insert eyeroll here) and found nothing. But sure wasted time and and got their money. Pathetic. Don’t be like me and make an appt before reading reviews.
I was very pleased after purchasing my Jeep Compass in 2022, my first new vehicle ever. But with the turnover at the dealership, the service has been the worst I’ve ever experienced. Will be going elsewhere going forward for service on my Jeep.
Many thanks to Chris in service for a fast & efficient service experience! Another dealership had my new truck for 8 days, and the check engine light came back on before I even got the truck home. Had it towed to Little Jess, and the minor issue was diagnosed and fixed in under 2 days! Chris was very communicative, responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful! Great experience!
Will not go back here,told them I would pay cash and they took cash for down payment then next day said they couldn't except anything over 10,000 in cash said I would have to pay with cashier check or money order and would not pay the difference in having to pay for the, check or money order,their lost looked for truck, but not there,also had to take car back in the first week because a light came on and it cost another 134 dollars to get it fixed and didn't even have it a week beginning to think I might bought a lemon from ... read more
