Extremely Disappointed! I’m very particular about my son’s haircut, so after seeing many positive reviews, I decided to give this salon a try. I had an appointment with Rebecca and took extra care to explain exactly what I wanted. I even showed her five pictures of my son’s previous haircuts to ensure clarity. I specifically told her I do not like going too short and emphasised that the front portion of his hair should stay at eyebrow length. Unfortunately, Rebecca completely disregarded my instructions. Been 4 times now for my toddler and they are amazing!
Amazing job today with my 18 mth yo son. He was unusually wiggly and at times crying during his haircut, wanting his mum. The stylist didn’t bat an eyelid and kept cutting while he sat in his Mum’s arms - giving him the same great cut! He usually LOVES sitting in the racing car seat here, so it really show that Little Herbert’s are really great kid’s hairdressers - no matter what mood your child is in!
