I have taken my autistic son now a few times,my mum normaly takes me and his last time i went as well,yes the price is more but they work so amazing with the kids!, normally son cant wear a cape cant use clippers and we leave a normal salon with half a cut and defeated,not here we leave with a style cut uaing clippers a cape and get a lollypop,i cant say how much i love them! We unfortunately were 5 minutes late for our appointment (we have a 4 week old so feeding sometimes takes priority) and were ushered to the back with a different hairdresser than we booked with. This lady seemed annoyed by our meer presence and straight away started the haircut, no talking to my son or reassurance or anything. Honestly seemed like she did not want to be there. I took my 2 year old son here today to have his first proper haircut and booked him in for the anxious session as I wasn’t sure how he would react. They were so incredibly lovely and made the experience so positive and calm for him that he was completely fine, and they were lovely enough to change the price to the first haircut package instead. Highly recommend - Anna did a fantastic job and his haircut looks gorgeous.
Great experience, Emanuele was very patient with our little one. Definitely highly recommend!
