Tried Little Herbert's for thr first time today. Honestly cannot rate this place high enough. 100 star rating here❤️❤️ Jo and the team are absolutely amazing, and so extremely accommodating. Jo went out of her way to make our appointment possible, even when we wanted to add special braids to our appointment on a very busy booked out day!!! All staff are so friendly, and we absolutely loved visiting Little Herbert's today. Best place to get kids haircut. I have tried many places and haven't found better!
I would recommend Little Herberts to ANYONE that has children with hair! I've been taking my two children there since they were in Wembley when my son had his first hair cut. My kids both love the experience of having special cars to sit in, and ipads to watch while getting their hair cut. The hairdressers are particularly good with my autistic son. The kids even get a little gift at the end of their haircut. To anyone hesitating if the price is worth it, I would say yes every time.
We visited for my girls first hair cuts, and the whole experience from the moment we entered was fantastic, the (mother and daughter) were welcoming and so kind throughout and make the experience so much better. Girls both had their hair washed, trimmed, braided with glitter and the cutest bows to finish off. Couldn’t have thought of a better place to visit, and are looking forward to our next visit.
My son is absolutely terrified of clippers and haircuts, so I was incredibly anxious about how it would go. Kylie was so patient, calm and understanding, and she really helped make the experience as positive as possible. We got through the haircut, which honestly felt like such an achievement! Having the play centre directly opposite the salon was the perfect way to end the visit on a happy note and helped turn what could have been a scary experience into a positive memory.
