Non-responsive. Submitted two inquiries within a week apart through their website but no answer at all! The only other way to contact them is to call a local phone# which is difficult for non-USA visitors. It’s a shame. I was so looking forward to try renting with them with great reviews & positive experiences from other users. And it is near the airport.

Little Hawai’i Rentals, I tried them for the first time back in July 2025. They might not be a big name rental car company but they treated me like a vip, the car I rented was clean, looked, felt and drove like new and it was reasonably priced. It got me to where I needed to go no problems. Pick up and drop off was easy. Amazing customer service and great car! The staff at Little Hawaii rentals were so helpful and friendly! The car I rented was the prefect size for what I needed, great commuter car + amazing gas mileage!! I would 10/10 recommend to anyone who is looking to rent a car to do it through these guys!!
Keith was amazing , we went to drop off our vehicle for ACE but no employees were not there when the site says they open at 9am and we showed up at 945am. Keith was able to drop us off at the airport no problem. Thanks again !
