Generally a really great atmosphere but today the woman at the cashier was really annoyed with me for wanting to use rewards because she wasn’t sure how to apply them (had to refund my order and ring it up again). Ended up servicing everyone who came after me (even for my drink order) first. Still leaving four stars since everyone else who works here is amazing, but today was a miss.
I arrived at the facility with my toddler and infant, who was in a stroller, only to find the front entrance neither handicap accessible nor stroller-friendly. After struggling just to get inside, I was told they were closing an hour early for no apparent reason — something not mentioned anywhere on their website, which actively invites walk-ins. Perfect low stimulation and fun spot for toddlers! The coffee and drinks are good. The Mexican food next door is also recommended and connected, great spot for a weekend morning or early am before running errands
My kids played for two hours and I didn’t have to entertain them. Perfect place.
Everything was so nice children were having so much fun
