Super simple and easy process to get a boat rental, great customer service
I rented a boat through this company and the experience was nothing like what was advertised. The speakers were completely blown out and you couldn’t hear a thing. The listing claimed the boat could go up to 35mph, but it barely reached 10mph the entire trip. We were told it would take 35 minutes to get to the island and it took over an hour each way, cutting into our time there and leaving us with barely any time to enjoy it.
