Super simple and easy process to get a boat rental, great customer service
I rented a boat through this company and the experience was nothing like what was advertised. The speakers were completely blown out and you couldn’t hear a thing. The listing claimed the boat could go up to 35mph, but it barely reached 10mph the entire trip. We were told it would take 35 minutes to get to the island and it took over an hour each way, cutting into our time there and leaving us with barely any time to enjoy it. Would not recommend. Their listings are misleading. When things go wrong with the boat or when complaints are made they just dodge it and don’t approach it well. Go with another boat company especially if you’re paying so much money. Their lack of wanting to resolve issues is a major red flag. No response IS a response.
Rented a boat that was nothing like what I had picked out online. We left the dock and the speakers are so shot you can’t hear anything. The ad said the boat would go up to 35mph and it didn’t go past 10mph.
