Moved here from my previous student accommodation was one of the worst decisions I’ve made. First of all he rent is extremely expensive at over $700/week for a studio (new rate 2027 is 744/w), and laundry prices doubled overnight from $2 to $4 without any notice. The rooms are also designed very poorly. The range hood is very weak and ineffective. I spent 6 months here since June 2025c And I will summaries my experience of staying at a studio apartment as the following; Pros: 1- Very clean facility. 2- it’s location: very close to parkvil campus and city. 3- Academic support service is great. They are very welcoming, cooperative and responds in timely manner. I appreciated it and found it very helpful! 4- The library and Athenium was amazingly beautiful. 5- Coffee machine was great! Little hall is a disaster class of student accommodation that everyone should stay far away from. While the staff are nice this accommodation is a pathetic cash grab for every cent you have in your pocket, the WiFi never works and they refused to make any effort to fix it other than blaming students, there was mould in the accommodation from the get go. It was a wonderful experience to have lived in the 5B5B apartment at Little Hall. The RAs were very supportive of us and coordinated really awesome events. The staff and academic team were also fully devoted to our residential life. Overall, it was a premium accommodation and definitely suitable for undergraduates and international students to come in and make friends throughout their University education! Looking forward for opportunities to be back!
