Rented a car and water started leaking under the glove box onto my girlfriend shoes ruining the day. Was told they would provide a $35 credit, it never happened, called again and they said straight out “No that doesn’t deserve a credit”. They will say “these are used cars you get what you pay for”, I understand that I don’t mind the scratches, dents, smells, but for water to start spraying is a mechanical issue and the most basic level of car care. Avoid at all costs.
I paid $285.93 faithfully every week for a nasty, disgusting van. At the end, the owner stole my initial deposit of $400. This company takes advantage of the elderly, sick & poor. Not upstanding, honest ppl at all. They need to be shut down
