I had a very disappointing experience at Little Gold Fish Children’s Dentistry. The front desk called and asked me to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment, but even after arriving early, I still had to wait an additional 30 minutes in the waiting room. Once we were finally taken to the back, we were left waiting again in the exam room with no updates.What concerned me even more was the lack of cleanliness. We had good experiences with this team for several years for regular cleanings. They are friendly and caring. But then when my kids each needed a cavity filled, it became clear that Dr. Le had no clue how to talk to children in reassuring ways and was in fact, making something that could have been much easier into an unnecessarily scary experience.
