Terrible customer service. After placing an order I never received an email confirming the order. After two weeks I made contact with them and the lady proceeded to tell me that if I needed the part immediately (mind you 14 days have passed) then I should have called them to set up quick shipping. She then she shares that there are 3 separate packages to ship and they are waiting to send all together. She then states she will ship them overnight, but fails to do so and instead has created 3 separate tracking #'s for each box... read more

I ordered a Heater Burner for My Little Giant 3ht. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful. I believe it was Colby that took the time to talk to me about my concerns and questions. I received my Heater Burner within two business days. I'm very satisfied with their prompt service and my new Burner.
