While the work they did on a new retaining wall was very good, the response I get is nothing. I had a new retaining wall installed last year. This year in June I left a voice mail that the silica sand at the bottom of the wall did not harden like grout or concrete as it was supposed to. It is still loose. I keep getting the run around, unanswered messages and excuses. It is now five months later and I'm still waiting on a visit to fix this problem. While having my backyard done they were completely slow at their work and took a ridiculous amount of time to do this job, which was not even a large job so it should not have taken this long of time.
