Exceptional pastries & coffee. Service was great & unique - the busser introduced himself? Never heard of that before, but guess that's a thing. Dishwasher was rude, though. He/she never came out to introduce themselves.

The French bread is excellent. Omelet was also very good. Pastries hit or miss - the croque monsieur had way too much nutmeg (none would be best) as it over powered the b�chamel sauce and there was little ham to be found. A bit of a mess frankly for what should be a staple at a French cafe. Still, I’d return if not try The Henry across the street to compare.

Very disappointing experience, especially considering the price and all the hype. We were seated before another table of four, yet they were served their food before us. Throughout our meal, the service toward our table felt lacking and inattentive. We ordered the steak and eggs, and unfortunately, they were terrible. The steak seemed like it had been previously frozen and was extremely tough and difficult to cut, even though it was cooked medium.
