Dr. Spaulding really pushed me to have surgery done on my dogs rear legs. He wanted to send me to a surgeon to have it done. I went to a different surgeon for a second opinion and after much thought, I decided against the surgery. When I would go back with my dog for other reasons, Dr. Spaulding would make sarcastic remarks about the fact that I didn't do the surgery. Now 5 years later, at 12 years old, my dog is fine. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
