Prices are inflated, and their "restocking" fees are ridiculous. The delivery driver dropped the materials where he wanted vs. where it was needed, and 20% of the lumber was crap. On top of all of that they recommended a contractor that was unreliable and was unqualified. Be very careful when conducting any business with this firm.
Had a great experience at Little Falls Lumber! My partner and I are planning on building some new raised bed gardens this year. This was our first time going to a lumberyard and it felt a little overwhelming at first. Luckily we were greeted by a friendly associate Andy who helped us find exactly what we needed and got us set up with a same day delivery for a fraction of what the big orange store had quoted us. We had a great experience and will be back in the future.
Helped this DIY'er with some professional advice. Delivery(for a fee) was available and they were quick!! Rehabbing my deck was a breeze. Headed back for my next project ASAP! Have a shed I want to build! *Schenectady location.
