It's a big store. The staff was friendly, but not all that helpful. And the one thing I was looking for they didn't have. Go figure. You would think that they would since they seem to have just about everything else a person could possibly not need.
Horrible customer service. We were bounced around from one employee to another. Nobody seemed to want to help, lazy and unmotivated. They acted like we were an inconvenience to them. Lost our business and what would have been a good sized sale that day.
Great store. I could wander through there all day long.
Awesome selection of plumbing supplies lotsa assortment of PVC fittings. Plumbing department more expanded and better than before.
