Very selective whom they collaborate with and whom they do not pick up ever the phone from. I was forced to look for another local place to where I can take my dog for librella shots. After one first visit in a new NJ neighbourhood in Little Falls in late February and blood work done last Friday as a follow up with that visit , the other local clinic immediately sending all dogs and cats to other clinics as they taking care right now and active immediately, even for tech visits, just with exotic pets. My guinea pig passed away this week, and Ree at the front desk was phenomenal. She made sure there was a room available for our arrival, gave me all the info needed for burial, and did not rush us as we mourned. She was amazing and made it a smooth process. Thank you!
Great staff from front desk to the vets. A+ crew for my pet. Always have smiles on and are so lovely to talk to. Extremely lucky to have them looking over my Chloe.
