We’ve had some incredible food in New York but this may be the best as every dish blew us away! It’s a scratch kitchen which I learned means everything is made in-house including the infused oils, sauces, and more. JJ was awesome and so passionate about the establishment and the food, and he helped us make great choices. I’m not someone who automatically assumes that being ignored is the result of racism or discrimination, but I will state the facts of my experience. This was my first time here. The bar was almost full, which I understood, but there was an open seat, so I sat down and patiently waited to be acknowledged. For approximately 20 minutes, the two employees behind the bar continued serving other customers while repeatedly failing to acknowledge me, despite speaking to the woman seated next to me.
