A great experience from making our first appt til current, with our 26 month old needing audiology examination on background of speech delay and recurrent infant ear infections. We arranged the appt ahead of ENT appt to have further objective info given ENT initial appts are only 20 minutes. Sam was absoulutely amazing with my daughter during her assessment appointments. She was quite nervous and he took the time to make her feel comfortable and was so patient that it made her feel at ease. He was extremely professional but also very relatable. Can't recommend him enough.
Failed to notify us the a maximum of 4 people were allowed to attend the appointment because of COVID including the audiologist. I had just finished night duty that morning and my husband had taken the day off to get the results for our daughters assessment. I would expect better communication considering the price. The way they handled it was unprofessional.
Sam is an excellent audiologist. He is very kind and fun which gained my daughter's trust unbelievably quick. I would highly recommend him to everyone.
Would highly recommend Sam. Excellent rapport with my daughter. Clear instructions and made the assessment fun for her. Great communication also from front office staff.
