Only offer “all day care” not sure who would leave their kids here all day. It’s dirty and the staff is never supervising. It’s usually just 1 person in there and they’re always “busy”.
The place is very outdated. The flooring in the back has areas connected by duct tape and some of the mat not even connected at all. The flooring is also uneven in the back and became a safety issue whenever running back there. Not all metal parts on the structure are covered by padding with visible bolts as well. My 3 year old granddaughter had such a great time playing at this play yard. Im very impressed at how clean it was. The restroom was immaculate and staff was cleaning throughout our time there. Toy equipment is good for the children to get some good exercise and its all safe. I was able to bring my laptop and get some work done while she played not needing me! Another plus is that they play all Disney music which makes it fun. You have to pry kids out of there because they don't want to leave!
Don't be fooled by the 5-star reviews online—this place is completely run down. We visited on a Sunday and the place was totally empty, the lights were dimmed, and the lone employee actually seemed surprised to see a customer. The cleanliness is nonexistent. The floors clearly haven't been cleaned in months; after just a minute of crawling around with my toddler, I ended up with chewing gum stuck to my knees.
