We had the most frustrating experience here. The office was months behind on delivering Invisalign, never communicated when they were supposed to, and failed to answer very simple billing questions. Update: we got a hold of the office manager, Tala, and she managed to get the new trays and got my child seen by the orthodontist to get them fitted within the week.
Dr. Jeon is attentive and caring, and the staff are kind and supportive.
Very bad service, poor communications, overpriced, and months behind on their pronised delivery dates.
