I cannot recommend this vet enough. The care and compassion that we were met with, whilst also being given honest and truthful information on our cat's condition was second to none. Unfortunately, we did not have the happy outcome we had hoped for, however the aftercare has been absolutely incredible and so very thoughtful. Every member of staff has been wonderful and we will absolutely continue to use their services for our ongoing fur family.
So far, we like them 🙂 Decided to try them after getting several recommendations - 1 from a former employee. I've only been twice, but the reception staff were friendly and professional; communications have been great; there's parking and a ramp for accessibility; the clinic is bright, clean and pleasant; and Stephanie, the vet, was very good to deal with. Good service and friendly staff
Wanted to love this place, the reception are wonderful and caring and the vet wasn’t as warm or caring as I’d hoped unfortunately.
