Wow oh wow. What a lovely company to deal with. From first contact everything was 10/10. We were blessed to be allocated Paul who was excellent in analysing what we needed in a pest treatment (after just purchasing our home) and then his physical application and thoroughness was 10/10. Thank-you Paul for your fantastic customer service, skills in explaining the details around pest behaviours respective to the issues we had and then your delivery of the treatment. We had the odd cocky back about 9 months after a treatment. I sent a mail and they replied the next day, and sent someone straight out to respray. They left a report with pictures and helpful tips on preventing pests getting in. Legend!
