The environment and care at this dental office has had a major negative shift. The employees do not exhibit professionalism, and the dentist Keta is very much in a rush and does not do a through examination. The patients best interest is not put first, which is of biggest concern. It is 100% not appropriate or acceptable to tell a parent that their child will have to wait 3 months to have a large cavity in an adult tooth taken care of because “that’s all they have available”. This place is great! Dr. Keta answered all my questions and concerns after my 2 year old had a dental injury on a playground. I had a lot of anxiety after the injury and left here relieved and would like to say thank you again for seeing my son. This was my first time at a pediatric dentist and I was truly impressed. They even somehow got my 2 year old to sit still during the exam and X-ray.
My 5 yr old granddaughter walked out smiling after 2 fillings this morning! Talk about gentle dentistry. As a child, I had MAJOR anxiety at dental appointments. If you want to alleviate that for your kids, I highly recommend Little Critters!
This place is absolutely amazing!!!!! They are worth every penny! My daughter just had two cavities done and went beautifully!!! Her Dr. WAs singing during filling and made my daughter feel so safe and cared for. THANK YOU!!!!!
