I’ve lived in several places over the years, but this place is the best. The manager is helpful and cares about keeping the place safe. I feel safe and comfortable here. My neighbors are friendly too. It feels like a close knit neighborhood where people look out for one another. It stays pretty quiet too.
I love living here. its really gotten better a lot in the past few years. renting to own is cool cause im not wasting money on rent every month. it feels safe for me and my kids. its nice to have a place where im comfortable letting them play outside. i dont get why people leave bad reveiws...... I mean with rent to own, ya gotta take care of ur own repairs but thats the same as owning anything. The manager wont do the repares himself but he'll help ya figure out how to fix things. it aint cheap to live here but the price is... read more
