We specialize in True Southern BBQ, taking the art of smoking very seriously, using only hardwoods to smoke our meats. We belong to the Kansas City Barbeque Society and compete in sanctioned contests, winning awards for our ribs, chicken, brisket,pork, sauce, beans and desserts. We are entering our 10th year of business, we would like to thank our family, friends and wonderful customers for their support. We hope to be able to bring you our award winning bbq for many years to come.
