Absolutely classless jerks. They sold me two pieces of play furniture that don't fit together, claimed it was my fault, and would do nothing to rectify the situation. Scammed me out of $150 bucks, refused to do anything about it, and insulted and called me an idiot while they were refusing to make the situation right in any way.
Chair arrived damaged. They said it was caused by shipper though box was in perfect shape. Filed claim with shipper (at their request) and it was denied. (No surprise as it was not damaged in shipping. I asked to return and they stopped responding. I filed a claim through paypay and they said send it back and we will refund: but they did not include what it cost to return ship. It was almost half the price of the item for return shipping. Best I can do at this paint is warn others. Horrible company to work with.
Chair arrived with damage. Little Colorado insisted it was shipping damage and that I a claim with the shippers. The shipping box was not damaged and it was obvious the damage was not from shipping. I told them this and they insisted I file a shipping damage claim, even though this made me uncomfortable because it was fraudulent. I did so, it was rejected, Little Colorado stopped answering my emails and no one answers phone.
The hardware came and now we have a beautiful long lasted play table with drawers. Everyone loves it!
Update: I finally got an email today. And assurance that hardware would be shipped to me today. I will update again when it arrives, hopefully soon.
Beautiful concept but our train table came without hardware. It’s for my grandsons birthday next week. I left two phone messages yesterday and have yet to hear back. After reading the other recent reviews which are seriously negative I am wondering if I should have even ordered this. If I hear back in a prompt businesslike way I will take down this review and leave a more positive one.
We purchased a Sodura Arch Train Table in November of this year. After several weeks of hearing nothing from the company, we contacted them regarding the shipment and "amazingly" the table shipped out the very next day! Go figure. It arrived before Christmas (thank God we called), but when we went to assemble it, the table top was dented, restricting us from inserting it into the slot. I ordered a Montessori Table for my baby's nursery on June 26, 2020. The website stated that there could be up to a 1-2 week delay to ship due to COVID, and that normal processing time for that table would have been 1-2 weeks. So, the table should have shipped in maximum 4 weeks. I was trying to be gracious due to the pandemic and waited four weeks before inquiring about where my order was.
