I had an appointment on 1/14/24 at 1:15PM and drove through inclement weather from Midtown - we rarely get snow in Memphis, arrived 15min late and was told my appointment was cancelled. If this is the policy patients should be informed so they don’t waste their time. I suggest they change the name from walk-in clinic for immediate care - very misleading
I had a sore throat over a holiday weekend and she refused to give me antibiotics. I had to wait four days until I could see my pcp and I was absolutely miserable. Her only advice was to go to the emergency room. I will never go back.
We had never been before but they were the only minor med open on 2.15.2021. Kathy was great and we were very pleased with her kind attention to our family. Great experience.
Seems like every time I have gone here i have had billing issues. Eventually they get straightened out but it is a pain. Can't beat it for convenience when you are sick, but it will probably cost you time later.
