There's no dining in it Little Caesars most people know that. I was just unhappy with the fact that they had no cheese pizza ready all they had was pepperoni pizza. To get the cheese pizza I would have had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. I've always thought Little Caesars was to drive up and get your stuff and go.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This has happened multiple times: I order online, arrive at the scheduled pickup time, and my order still isn’t ready. Then I end up waiting 30+ minutes for a “Hot-N-Ready” pizza. Little Caesars used to be the place where you could walk in, grab a pizza, and walk right back out. That has never been my experience at this location. At this point, I could have had the pizza delivered faster than picking it up myself.
Horrible service “Candy” who works at this location is extremely rude doesn’t give back the correct change and blames the customer when she rings in an order wrong.
