I go weekly for a pizza party with my grandchildren. The staff refuses to wear masks while cutting and boxing the pizza and while interacting with the customers. Masks are below the chin or dangling off the ear.
I ordered three pizzas, some wings, and some cheese bread for my daughter's birthday and we were not given the stuffed crust pizza so I called up there and the lady told me that I could come pick it up, that it was sitting right there, they're sorry they didn't give it to me ... blah blah blah. First I ordered in the drive-thru where I had to deal with such a rude employee with a nasty attitude. After repeating my order to her once I got to the window (with no total given at the speaker) she acted as if it was a problem and slammed the window.
