I came in an hour before close and the employee tonight had good vibes, was very polite, and made little small talk that actually made my day. It means a lot when the employee goes the extra mile! Thank you for the excellent service Phoebe!
Food is usually fine enough, RUDE workers and managers. Would not even give credit after THEY messed up our order and said we had to bring it back to them? Sorry I can’t drive back another 45 minutes to give you back your cold shit pizza, any other pizza place replaces it immediately and apologizes and doesn’t say it’s MY fault for them messing it up.
Loved as a kid. When it came back it was horrible. Couple months ago people was saying it was good again ordered pizza twice and amazingly good. Ordered again tonight service was horrible and the pizza was hard and worse than ever! Won't be returning unless owner takes care of the problem.
