Placed an order online for pickup. Went to the store and it was closed - no note, just closed. Tried to call and it was disconnected. Trying to get my money back now but not even sure who to contact. Buyer beware.
This dillsburg location must be online only now. They should let people know. Stood directly at register for 20 mins. Both workers saw me. Never said anything. Wanted to place order and wait in truck. I walked out. You wont treat people like that. Sell the place and move on. Going to carlisles like usual...
This is a relatively new Little Caesars but I will not return! I watched them handle money, then go right to touching food, I saw an employee put a piece of food into his mouth that fell onto the counter and never once saw anyone wash their hands. There were no hair nets or beard covers and believe me they needed to have them! The service was slow due to under-staffing and there was only one "hot and ready". Went in to get a pepperoni pizza you know the hot n ready. Was told they're not taking anymore orders because their screens were full.. give me a break go work in fast food buddy and then you can tell me your screens are full cause this ain't it obviously. I could care less your understaffed, sell the company and let an owner actually operate here.. Cesar needs shut this down himself. ALSO NO ONE WEARS GLOVES AT ALL EVER AT ANY POINT DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS.
