Little Caesars in Schererville is terrible!!! We ordered 2 pizzas and crazy bread on 12-31-23 at 11:15 we requested it be ready at 12:15. When we got there finding out it would be a hour wait. The manager there needs to be trained how to talk to people & management skills. One of the workers was working very slow. We had our grandkids with us and of course they are getting impatient. I don’t know how this place gets any good reviews. Every single time I go here the service is horrible. They never greet anyone or even come to the register when you walk in, their slogan is”hot & ready” and they NEVER have any ready, just basic cheese! No plastic gloves & all staff are kids, some wearing pajamas. This location desperately needs new management!

Very unhappy with the service of little ceasars in hawaiian gardens. I order online at 4:40 it said on the app that my pizza was going to be ready 5:05 and I went to pick it up and it wasn't ready so I ask the girl in the front and she said 5 minutes I said ok them 10 minutes pass and I ask again and she said the same thing. Plus the lobby was full with all this people waiting for there pizza for more than 45 minutes. The worst service I have ever had. I have been in the habit of ordering pizza from the local little Caesars for some time now. I buy large orders from them for my organization. The last two times I have called in for the order the manager was rude and impatient. Im getting ready to drop $300+ in your store and you are rude. Dominos has my business now.. Im sure the rest of the workers are great. The manager on duty 9/16/21 at 2:00pm im sure does not represent what the restaurant stands for. Too bad.
Waited forever for 3 sausage pizzas that are a dollar extra and they didn't have a dozen pieces of sausage on them and had no sauce on them
