My daughter and I went to grab one one of the hot and ready pizzas...there where 2 customers ahead of her and like 3 more came in , which she was told it as atleast a 10 min wait. AMAZING SERVICE! I was served by Tina who is the manager of the store and she was absolutely incredible! Loved her vibrant personality and goofy attitude not to mention the pizza was cooked to perfection ‼️
The cashier was rude and the boy in the back started flipping her off infront of kids that was in there! waited for pizza just for them to be cold because they wanted to let it sit before handing it to me!
Second time. 1st time I placed an order.it would have beem friendlier with AI and i am not a fan of AI. did not get what I ordered (stuffed crust didn't notice till it was home) Second time my husband picked up "hot and ready". Almost no sauce. After we tookit home and added sauce and mozzarella then broiled it was fine. Next time I'll probably choose anything other than this particular little Caesars
Edit: After quite some time, my family and I gave this establishment another try. The good news is that the staff seems to be improved. The bad news is that the quality control is the same. After making an online order to ensure the freshest product, I was disappointed once again.
