Edit: After quite some time, my family and I gave this establishment another try. The good news is that the staff seems to be improved. The bad news is that the quality control is the same. After making an online order to ensure the freshest product, I was disappointed once again. $11.57 for a full-size pretzel crust pizza and a drink, as opposed to going and buying a burger and drink for nearly the same price. Of course I'm going to pick Little Caesars, effectively 2 meals for the price of one.

Walked in and staff was scooping sauce from the bucket on the ground. Also gave away my order and they told me the order would be another 30 minutes to make my order. Asked for the manager and was told he was too busy. I asked for a refund and went someplace else

Let’s start by saying Ava is amazing and much appreciated for taking our order. She was super customer focused and so pleasant. On the other hand, Tina, the manager, was very condescending and rather rude. I had a special request just for sauce and was told that corporate would not allow it, even though we offered to pay whatever the cost. It could have been $10 and we would have been ok with that. To top it off, our order was incorrect and the pretzel crust was a regular crust with salt. Thanks AVA. no thanks TINA.
