Ordered 2 crazy breads and two pizzas through the drive through, they took about 16 minutes to help. I came into the store, told them i was the one who asked is there anything ready. Ib 30 minites i got no pizzas.
Took 30 minutes to get served. Didnt get served cause i could wait any longer. And they had zero empathy. I asked what was already made, they lied and said crazy bread and classics. Nothing was already made. Itbtook over 10 minutes to be greeted atvthe front counter. Then when i asked for a refund he gave me the receipt back. Lol
Well according to my doordasher he had to wait a little bit for my order. I figured they were just busy he said yeah and they are understaffed. Which well I give them props. However maybe cut the pizza into slices lmao 🤣 just got a whole pizza uncut
My son phoned the order in at least 15 minutes before I got there, and I still had to wait 30+ minutes for the order.
The foul language I hear everytime I go in this place is awful, don't bring your kids inside. Had a bad experience with having to bring a burnt pizza back too. They are always super busy on Friday and Saturday nights. Always see cranky people in there that have been waiting too long. If i were management there i would just keep the pepperoni and cheese pizza rolling when i had dead time in between orders to clear out tickets faster. Management problem for sure, the guy is maybe in his early 20's.
