I had ordered 1 pepperoni stuffed crust, 1 regular cheese pizza & an Italian cheese bread. After eating about 3 pieces of cheese pizza I pulled this (human nail or cardboard?) out of my mouth. I am disgusted. I hope the workers there are wearing gloves at the LEAST! & making sure no objects are dropped into the food. I have lost my appetite & threw away everything afraid there might be other things in the food that my children could possibly eat! Guess we’re just snacking tonight 🥲🤮
I don’t appreciate waiting for over an hour for my pizza and stuffed cheesy bread. I was told ten minutes at that and when I went in to go check on my order it was still not put in yet. Oh and extra breadsticks doesn’t make the wait better. People have things to do we chose a quick ready pizza for lunch if we had time and wanted to sit down we would have went into a restaurant. Do better.
Staff is super slow and they just stand there in the back goofing off with eachother , and it takes an hour to make a single cheesy bread even when u order online wich is pretty astonishing lol and when u are in store you end up standing there for 10-15 min before being acknowledged
They where blasting music with cussing and inappropriate topics for a restaurant that children could accompany their parents
I don't plan on returning any time soon, and I would recommend staying away. This place has really gone down hill over the last few months. There is no "Hot-n-Ready". You order then you have to wait 20+ minutes for your food. The employees act like it's an inconvenience to be taking an order. They've got a young guy (probably no more than 15 or 16) taking orders out to vehicles without telling him what order goes to what vehicle. Then they almost never get your order correct.
