First off through most of this transaction I was visibly showing I was paying with $100 bill. When she went to take my order with the specials on the wall, she kept saying, online orders only. I had to buy everything separately and everything was up charged more than what was on the wall or app. Then I hand her the $100 bill, she looks at it for a few seconds and says they don’t take $100 bills. Placed a large order online. The lobby was full of people for over 30 minutes once I showed him my order number. He handed me the pizzas and the bread, but didn’t want to give me the sauce didn’t address anyone and it’s three people working in the back, nobody at the register definitely should hire some extra people.
Employee answering the phones didn’t know what the deals/promotions were, and was unable to understand the spelling of my name for pickup. Pizza was good though, no complaints there.
