Pick up on custom pizza, crazy bread and wings. All prepared correctly and good flavor. Cashier was very friendly.
Ordered a day in advanced, 24+ hours for it to be ready by a certain time and they did not even start the order when we went to pick it up. VERY POOR customer service on their behalf. This is a terrible look on their establishment like their customers do not matter. There needs to be a change or some sort of refund for not meeting the needs of their customers. What’s the point of ordering in advanced if it isn’t even going to be acknowledged?
I ordered pizza puffs and they were horrible. Too much sauce, under baked and no parmesan cheese. I couldn't even eat them!
